Happy MLK Day! How are we this two weeks in to 2024? I am off to a very slow start. Anyone have a trick to ignite motivation?
Is it that it's really dark early here in the North East? This is why I prefer September as the "new year."
I think the small thing to ignite motivation for whatever you want to do, is to simply start by showing up-then, move the goal post forward a little each time while checking in with yourself along the way😊
