Today, we discuss skin care for the mature, but as you will hear, skin care should start as soon as you can wash your face! In our vlog interview Rose tells us about the best practices for dealing with your “mature” skin from when you wake up to when you lay your head on your (frequently changed) pillow case. It’s not rocket science, but with all of the choices out there in skin care and regime, it’s nice to know we at Women’s Survival Guide have Rose to ask advice!

Different ethnic backgrounds have different skin types. Latin American skin ages well as does African American, but Irish/Scottish/English have thinner skin that is dryer. How do people treat different ethnic backgrounds' skin and is the above generalization accurate at all?
