What a fantastic interview! I have so much respect for Melissa for taking on a complete adventure--things known and unknown--and doing them with so much commitment and intuition. The store and the restaurant are the most incredible, bespoke experience. I can't think of any place else I'd rather launch a book or a business or commit to a partner. She's created something extraordinary.
