She is and a big part of our elder community like Beacon Hill Village. I love her focus of midlife and elders because we have a way of ignoring our needs until it’s harder to deal with…speaking for myself 😂
Right!? I literally have been doing squats while a brush my teeth and then do the wall -push-ups...it's better than not doing anything and I love her enthusiasm!
